Important Dates & Enrollment
May 1, 2026: Once you have pre-registered, you will receive an email by this date containing the official 2026-2027 Application Form
Required Documentation
Please have the following documents ready to ensure a smooth enrollment process:
- First Communion: Copies of Birth and Baptism certificates.
- Confirmation: Copies of Birth, Baptism, and First Communion certificates.
- Baptism (OCIA): Copy of Birth certificate and the Baptismal Application Form.
