Independent Catholic Schools
At Shelton, our mission is for families and teachers to work together in unison to prepare responsible adults that will strive for excellence and commit to serving others.
Our vision is to empower future generations with a Catholic education to excel. We hope that our students contribute positively to society and in the spirit of innovation. Ultimately, we take pride in our values; human excellence, family values, and providing service to others.
Education at Shelton Academy is a matter of both the mind and the soul. Religion is a subject at every grade level and the formation of our students’ Catholic identity is a priority in all of our activities. Mass is offered on several occasions throughout the year and there are regular opportunities for the Sacrament of Confession.
Students are also provided many occasions to put their faith into practice through faculty and parent supervised service projects and other charitable outreaches to those in need within our community. Prayer and Catholic traditions are practiced at school, according to the liturgical calendar of the year.

With over 22 years of experience the After School Care Program is run by longtime Blessed Trinity parishioner Mrs. Teresa Fabano. the "Angels Care After School Program" is available to look after students from dismissal time to 6 p.m.
Our program's main goal is to offer a caring, fun and protected atmosphere for your children. We combine leisure and study time to make sure students have an opportunity to play and interact with their schoolmates. At the same time, we are very aware of the need for them to complete their assignments during after school care.
